Unique jewelry wearing is what I am known for! But this story beats them all. I was traveling in South Africa recently and when I was in a shop in downtown Johannesburg, I was approached by the shopkeeper who wanted to purchase the 14K gold elephant necklace I was wearing, right off my neck! “Oh, no, this gold pendant means a lot to me!” I blurted out without thinking. My aunt was a wonderful cook and baker. I always told her she should open her own restaurant or bakery, she was that good. But she would always say she just preferred baking for family and friends and that she didn’t want the headache of dealing with her own business.
